We work both ways. For small jobs, it is usually good to work on an Hourly Basis for big projects we provide a fixed price quote.

Before publishing the site to the Internet our in house testing team provide the complete quality check for overall reviewer of the site for its performance on the internet under different browsers, monitor resolutions and links.
